Seasonal Production Associate

JobFinders is looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join a busy warehouse and production team for a seasonal opportunity! If you enjoy staying active, working toward daily goals, and being part of a team that keeps products moving, this could be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do:

You'll play an important role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Pack orders: Locate materials, verify orders, and prepare products for shipment.
• Keep inventory moving: Replenish picking areas and transport supplies and products where they're needed.
• Prepare shipments: Sort, stack, label, and organize boxes and finished goods onto pallets.
• Move materials: Load and unload products using manual methods, hand jacks, or powered equipment as authorized.
• Operate warehouse equipment: Use tools and equipment such as scanners, tape guns, conveyors, and labeling systems.
• Maintain a safe workspace: Keep work areas clean, remove packaging debris, and follow safety procedures around moving machinery.
• Support the team: Assist in other warehouse areas as needed while meeting expectations for accuracy, quality, and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• Able to read basic order forms and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing basic data entry and using handheld scanning devices.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment that may not be temperature-controlled.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Flexible to work scheduled overtime or weekends when required.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work are what matter most!

Pay & Shift Information

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly!)

• First Shift: Available
• Second Shift: Available

Exact schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. Overtime may be required depending on assignment needs.
