About the Assignment:
This full-time hospice and palliative care position is primarily remote after initial onsite orientation at a leading healthcare facility in Madison, WI. The role involves managing adult hospice patients with a focus on symptom control, clinical documentation, and team collaboration. IDT meetings are held every other week via remote technology. The schedule offers a consistent weekday routine with rotating on-call responsibilities every fourth week, which are relatively low volume.
