About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused sales professional to join our team. As the CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative, you will engage with manufacturing clients in the South Puget Sound area to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, customer relationship management, and results-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand our line of CNC machinery and products through comprehensive training.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct in-person visits and phone interactions to maintain strong connections within your assigned territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Cultivate partnerships with key vendors to enhance product offerings.
• Exceed sales targets and deadlines.
• Schedule follow-up meetings to keep clients informed of new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or technical sales background preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable with regular travel within the Greater Portland area.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for customer visits.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary (based on experience) plus commissions.
• High-performing representatives typically earn $100,000–$250,000 annually.
