Bilingual (Spanish/English) virtual assistant for a US law firm. Answer calls and web leads, run intake, and book consultations. $8-$11 USD per hour. Full-time independent contractor, remote from Latin America. Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time. No law firm experience needed. We train you on our intake script and systems. Required: a short online assessment (TestGorilla). We only consider applicants who complete it. What You'll Do Answer calls, texts, and web leads in Spanish or English Run our intake script, book consultations, and enter every lead in our systems Send document requests to new clients and follow up on anything missing Take clear, complete messages and route them to the right team member Stay calm and caring with callers dealing with a damaged home or a serious injury Leave clean notes on every call so the team can pick up where you left off Tools: Dialpad, GoHighLevel, Microsoft 365, and our case management system, on a firm-provided remote desktop. Required Fluent Spanish and strong spoken English. You will run full intake calls in both. Available for the full shift every Friday through Tuesday. Times follow US daylight saving time. Phone experience for a business: customer service, call center, reception, or intake Clear writing in both languages and fast, accurate typing while on a call Comfort learning new software quickly and discretion with sensitive client information A quiet, private workspace, reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, a backup plan for power or internet outages, and a headset with a mic Nice to have: law firm, insurance claims, CRM (such as GoHighLevel), or Dialpad experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
